Important notice regarding changes to your contract


Effective November 17, 2025, we’re making some changes to our Terms of Service. The following changes are effective 14 days from the date of this notice. No action is needed from you, but if you would like to learn more you can find details below.

  • Fraud Protection: We’ve added details about how Pogo Energy uses a Trust Score to help verify customer identity and protect your account.
  • Text Messaging (SMS) Updates: We’ve updated our messaging policy to clarify that by opting in, you agree to receive account updates by text, and that standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Deferred Account Balance (DAB): We’ve added an explanation about how Pogo may defer certain post-billing adjustments to keep your daily balance steady and predictable.

By continuing to use our services after November 17, 2025, you agree to the updated Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these changes, you should switch to another retail electric provider before the effective date of this change.
