Let us know that you are moving so we can make sure the electricity is not on your list of things to figure out. We do the transfer of service, and you keep your Perks Points, and any money you have on the account will move with you. No interruption.
Tell us where you are moving to
We will verify that we can in fact service your new address. Once we ensure that the new address is an address that we can provide service to, we will schedule the day your service will transfer so you have power when you move in. If you have a DPP set up on the old place, don’t worry, you can still move with Pogo and your DPP can come too.
Decide when you want your service to transfer
Often, you need a little bit of overlap when you are moving into a new place. No problem! If you are moving your stuff from one place to the other, we can power up both locations, so you don’t have to worry about fumbling around in the dark or enduring the Texas heat in the summer.
