Important notice regarding changes to your contract
Effective August 13, 2025, we’re making some changes to our Terms of Service. The following changes are effective 14 days from the date of this notice. No action is needed from you, but if you would like to learn more you can find details below.
- Adding a “Consolidated Billing” section defined as more than one ESI ID billed on an account that consists of a combined consolidated balance of all the ESI IDs in the consolidated billing group. If a DPP is received on a consolidated billing group, a switch hold is applied to all ESI IDs. In addition, if the combined service account balance is equal to or less than $0.00, all ESI IDs included in the consolidated billing group will be subject to disconnect.
- Once a successful payment is applied to your account it cannot be reversed or refunded.
- Online payments may include a predetermined default payment amount. To override this feature, the user is responsible for selecting a different amount.
- Pogo Energy records all interactions including calls, text and digital interactions.
By continuing to use our services after August 13, 2025, you agree to the updated Terms of Service.
