Green Mountain’s residential Terms of Service state that the company may review an applicant’s creditworthiness or previous electricity payment history. If the applicant does not meet its eligibility requirements, Green Mountain may decline service or require a deposit. The plan’s Electricity Facts Label identifies its price, renewable content, contract term, and any applicable early termination fee.

Pogo Energy provides month-to-month prepaid electricity without a long-term contract. Customers can cancel or switch without an early termination fee from Pogo.

When a fixed-term agreement ends, service may continue month to month unless the customer selects another plan, changes providers or service otherwise ends.
