We’ve updated our terms

El 9 de enero de 2024, introduciremos algunos cambios en nuestras Condiciones de servicio (Apéndice A – Tarifas adicionales). This document reflects the following change that is effective 14 days from the date of this notice:

Pogo Energy is changing the Autopay Opt-Out Fee. Clean Energy Products (rate plans) require autopay, a $1.50 per day per ESIID fee will be added to your invoice each day that you have opted out of autopay; you may opt out of (or into) autopay anytime per our Terms of Service. Previously, a 4¢ / kWh was added to your invoice each day that you opted out of autopay.

Si este cambio no es aceptable, debes cambiarte a otro proveedor minorista de electricidad antes de la fecha de entrada en vigor de este cambio.

PLEASE NOTE: ESTABLISHING SERVICE WITH ANOTHER RETAIL ENERGY PROVIDER MAY TAKE UP TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS.

No further action is required by you. By continuing to use our services after January 9, 2024, you agree to the updated Terms of Service.
