La retenci\u00f3n por cambio impide que el titular de una cuenta cambie de compa\u00f1\u00eda de electricidad antes de haber pagado el saldo pendiente.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Una retenci\u00f3n de ID de ESI es una retenci\u00f3n que Pogo coloca en un medidor el\u00e9ctrico. Es b\u00e1sicamente lo mismo que una retenci\u00f3n de cambio, pero espec\u00edfica de Pogo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Por desgracia, puedes verte afectado por una retenci\u00f3n por cambio de titularidad sin que sea culpa tuya si el inquilino anterior no pag\u00f3 el saldo pendiente de su factura de la luz antes de marcharse. Si te pasa esto, tendr\u00e1s que seguir el proceso para eliminar esa retenci\u00f3n demostrando que eres el nuevo inquilino. El ESI ID es un n\u00famero \u00fanico de 17 o 22 d\u00edgitos que el Consejo de Fiabilidad El\u00e9ctrica de Texas (ERCOT) asigna a cada contador el\u00e9ctrico de Texas.
