We will be complying with their guidance and to the degree that funding and/or special dispensation is made available, we will be communicating those opportunities to you as they unfold on our website.
Payment assistance agencies are available to you today. The Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) is designed to aid eligible low-income customers with their electricity bills in Texas. Click here for details on eligibility and availability.
